Milagro means “miracle” in Spanish and once you’ve tasted our food, then you will agree. General Managers Reed Johnson and Jaret Johnson collaborated to create a new, fresh take on Mexican food. They spent more than a year testing and tasting recipes at their parents’ Camelback Mountain home. The result is a Award Winning Mexican-American fusion that is sure to satisfy any pallet.
Milagro Grill is a contemporary space of wood, stone and metal with comfortable seating and designer lighting. Created by architect Don Andrews and Jennifer Goguan of Goguan Designs with input from Nana Johnson, Milagro Grill offers a casual, upscale environment that fits well within the Arcadia-Paradise Valley-Scottsdale dining triangle.
Fine cuisine is in our DNA. Operated by a family with over 68 years of restaurant experience, this is truly a family affair. With Dad Steve Johnson providing input from his 40-plus year career operating Macayo Restaurants; their mother, Nana, shared her views on the food items and décor. Brother Bubba and sister Brynn taste-tested and gave feedback on marketing, branding, service, training, and other aspects of operating a successful restaurant.
